It's the tale of two witch hunts - one set in contemporary Scotland, the other 500 years previously.  Titled 'Witch' this is the debut novel by Lorne Patterson from Edgeworthstown and a member of the Ballymahon Writers' Group, Lorne has been working on the book for almost a decade.  The official Longford launch will take place on Thursday, June 14 at Longford County Library, during which the book will be available to purchase.  

All proceeds from the sales on the night go to Longford women's Link (LWL).  Lorne previously worked as a community worker with us at LWL and we would like to congratulate Lorne on his sucess to date which we are sure will continue long into the future.
