LWL has been nominated by Longford County Council for a National Pride of Place Award. Judging will take place at the centre on August 11th at 2pm sharp. LWL has been nominated under the category 'community Response to Unemployment' which recognises LWL's excellent work for fostering employability through it's CE Scheme and other services as well as directly creating employment opportunities for people in Longford.
